A combined establishment of commercial and residential – one behind the other on an “L” shaped linear site. The residential sector comprises of stilt +11 floors and the commercial with stilt+10 floors.
The commercial tower possess a private access and holds a separate space for its car parking. The design was made in a way that it goes along with the elements and features of the residential sector and makes it appear as a single establishment.
