As the Founder and Chief Architect of our organization, C Subba Rao brings over three decades of invaluable experience in the field of architecture. Graduating from the esteemed College of Fine Arts and Architecture (JNTU), Hyderabad in 1980, his formative years were spent under the mentorship of the renowned architect Ar. P S Govinda Rao in Chennai.

In 1985, fueled by a passion for innovation and design excellence, he embarked on a journey to establish his own firm. Since then, he has meticulously cultivated a talented team of architects and designers, guiding them towards achieving remarkable milestones. Under his leadership, our firm has flourished, successfully delivering a diverse range of projects, including prestigious educational institutes and commercial ventures.

In addition to his distinguished career trajectory, C Subba Rao has also made significant contributions as an architectural advisor and local architect for Ceebros Hotels Pvt Ltd, notably for their prestigious 5 star Raintree Hotel projects in Chennai city. His expertise and keen insights have played a pivotal role in shaping these landmark developments, further solidifying his reputation as a trusted authority in the industry.

SIVANI CHALLA

Sivani Challa is a visionary leader in the field of architecture, specializing in sustainable design. Graduating with a Bachelor's in Architecture from SRM School of Planning and Architecture in Chennai, India, she quickly discovered her passion for integrating nature into architectural solutions. Driven by her commitment to environmental stewardship, Sivani pursued a Master's in Sustainable Design from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

With five years of invaluable experience at CSA and also the second generation at the helm, Sivani has become an integral part of the firm, contributing significantly to its key projects. As a Lead Architecture Designer, she brings her expertise in sustainable practices to every aspect of her work. Sivani is accredited in green ratings such as LEED BD+C and IGBC India, reflecting her dedication to environmentally responsible design.

Under Sivani's guidance, CSA has undertaken and successfully completed three Green EDGE-rated projects, a testament to her unwavering vision for a sustainable future.

Senior Draftsman

Sivakumar, a draughtsman renowned for his meticulous attention with decades of experience under his belt, he's the go-to professional for architects when it comes to securing approvals and facilitating clients' needs to detail and unparalleled expertise in navigating the intricate web of government regulations. From ensuring compliance with safety standards to optimizing designs for maximum efficiency, his contributions are invaluable in bringing architectural design to fruition.

Senior Draftsman

Muralidharan, a draughtsman with more than 15 years of expertise, , is essential in converting architects ideas into precise technical drawings and designs. In order to ensure that construction projects follow design standards, rules, and client needs, he is good at creating precise and accurate drawings. The person who is devoted to his profession, sincere in it, and has a positive work attitude.

GEETA SELVARAGHAVAN

Architectural Designer

Geetha, a licensed architect with a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Rajalakshmi School of Architecture and an IGBC accredited professional in the field of sustainability. She is drawn to the way that how designing functional spaces and good forms, can shape experiences and evoke positive emotions in people. As an amicable architect and supportive team member she has honed her skills across various architectural styles and project scales.

DHARSHINI SUNDARBABU

Junior Architect

Dharshini, An IGBC Accredited Fresher Architect who pursued her bachelor's at RVS Padmavathy School of Architecture. She believes that architecture goes beyond mere structures; it is about creating meaningful spaces that enrich the lives of individuals and communities. She infuses her work with a sense of purpose and meaning, driving her to create spaces that uplift, and connect and laid-back personality allows her to collaborate effectively with others, possesses good communication, teamwork and managerial abilities.

AJAY VENKAT

Designation

Ajay Venkat, a graduate of Mohamed Sathak A.J. Academy of Architecture, has successfully passed the GATE Exam. His aspiration is to craft environments that foster community cohesion and improve quality of life. He advocates for sustainability in design, emphasizing the utilization of eco-conscious materials and practices. He remains dedicated to learning about the evolution of architecture and staying abreast of contemporary trends and methodologies.

Junior Architect

Saranya Kumar, obtained her bachelors in Architecture degree from SRM University Chennai, joined the company in 2023 to contribute her expertise and follow her passion for architecture. Leveraging her creative and innovative design approach, she adds significant value to projects. Saranya thrives on exploring novel materials, textures, and colors to enhance the overall aesthetic. Her innovative approach and attention to detail make her a standout professional in the world of architecture.
