BIM Specialist (Leadership Role)

We are embarking on our BIM journey and are seeking a seasoned BIM Specialist to lead this transformation. This role is for a professional who can build systems, mentor teams, and independently drive BIM-based projects within the firm.

Job Type: On-Site

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the firm's transition into BIM and establish best practices
• Head and mentor the BIM team; train and guide junior architects
• Develop BIM libraries, templates, standards, and workflows
• Manage and deliver projects independently using BIM tools

Experience

10-15 years of professional experience in architectural practice

Skill Requirements

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit
• Experience with rendering software
• Proven ability to handle projects independently
